Helpdesk - Software Support
Support calls cannot be taken over the phone. All problems/questions must be lodged via email and will be automatically logged into our Help Desk system. All calls will be queued and attended to by the first available Help Desk operator. Depending on the nature of your particular problem/question, the operator will either email the response to you immediately, or if it is more appropriate for the problem, they will respond to you via telephone as soon as possible.
