- Store all job related documentation in a Virtual Folder using the Job Number as the key tag.
- Optionally, each job folder may contain sub categories such as; Parts, Assessment Notes, Sublet, Job Sheet, General Notes, or whatever suits your particular business.
- At its most simple, the only data entry required is the Job Number - load all related documents into the scanner and press the go button.
- Shred all documents once they have been scanned and dispose of them in the paper recycle bin. (subject to legislative requirements)
- Retrieval options can be enhanced by adding more tags such as Supplier Name, Invoice Number and Date during the scanning process. Create your own tags as necessary.
- Finding documents is easy, key in the job number to view all documents in the folder or view only those in a chosen category. If additional tags are used, then searching could include Estimate#, Regn#, Claim#, Invoice# ∓ Date, Supplier Name.
- By printing Insurer and Owner invoices directly to D5Image-IT there is no need to print a hard copy and then shred it.
